There are to be no Chapter activities during Province
wide activities and/or the Grand Chapter Meeting. Specifically,
CRWLC, Province wide intake ceremonies and the Province
Council Meeting.
- No chapter, groups of chapters or individual brothers
in the Northeastern Province will invite any member
of the Grand Board of Directors to the Province,
for any reason, without consulting with the Province
Polemarch, before extending the invitation.
- All chapters are expected
to be at the statutory
minimum by December 2003.
Failure to reach the minimum
will result in the chapter
being denied intake and
the chapter letters retired,
due to lack of viability.
Failure to comply will place the chapter in the
category of "not in good standing" and may result
in restrictive probation.
