| These are Province Certification
Requirements The following items are now due annually as a part
of chapter certification. They are due no later than
the Polemarch's Roundtable of each fraternal year.
These items are due at the Polemarch's Roundtable:
1 .CURRENT MEMBERSHIP LIST
2. CHAPTER MEETING SCHEDULE
3. CHAPTER BUDGET
4. PREVIOUS YEAR (JUNE) CHAPTER MINUTES
5. FINAL EXCHEQUER'S REPORT W/BANK STATEMENT
6. COPY OF FINAL GUIDE RIGHT REPORT
7. COPY OF OFFICER REPORT (ALUMNI)
8. COPY OF CHAPTER BY-LAWS
9. CALENDAR OF EVENTS
10. RECOMMENDED CHAPTER ADVISORS
11. RECOMMENDED NEP COMMITTEE APPOINTMENTS
12. LETTER OF INTENT TO REGIONAL BOARD MEMBER
For ease of transport, they should be placed in a 3 - ring binder or report folder. Tabs should be used to separate each item. * Please follow the order listed above.
** Failure to submit these items will result in your chapter being placed on Noncompliance status and subject to sanctions imposed by the Province Polemarch.
This additional requirement does not nullify the current
IHQ or Northeastern Province deadlines for the aforementioned
items. This requirement is to assist the Province Polemarch
in his planning and administration of his duties in the
Province.
