10. RECOMMENDED CHAPTER ADVISORS
11. RECOMMENDED NEP COMMITTEE APPOINTMENTS
12. LETTER OF INTENT TO REGIONAL BOARD MEMBER

**Financials due by the C.R.W.L.C. will be accepted at the Polemarch's Roundtable (see CRWLC below for details).

**For ease of transport, they should be placed in a 3 - ring binder or report folder. Tabs should be used to separate each item. * Please follow the order listed above.

** Failure to submit these items will result in your chapter being placed on Noncompliance status and subject to sanctions imposed by the Province Polemarch.

CRWLC:
1. CRWLC Registration (UG: $75.00, AL: $225.00)
2. Grand Chapter Insurance (UG: $400.00, AL: $600.00)
3. Province Chapter Dues ($25.00/member - Alumni and/or 5th Year Undergraduates)*
4. Kappa Foundation (UG: $50.00, AL: $100.00)
5. NEP Undergraduate Chapter Academic Achievement Award (UG: $50.00, AL: $50.00)

*Province Chapter Dues Reconciliation will occur on or before the following Province Council meeting for chapters in the event members become financial after the CRWLC!

NOTE: Membership Coordinators are expected to be in attendance!

This additional requirement does not nullify the current IHQ or Northeastern Province deadlines for the aforementioned items. This requirement is to assist the Province Polemarch in his planning and administration of his duties in the Province.
