The NEP has risen to the pinnacle of leadership and we must continue to set new heights. This can only be done with the total cooperation and dedication of each and every chapter, officer and member of the Northeastern Province. The purpose of the Polemarchs Roundtable:

• Committee chairmen discuss their goals for the year.
• Review Membership Intake and Orientation Program's calendar and deadlines in great detail.
• Review recommendations for undergraduate chapter advisors.

Attendance

• Each Alumni Chapter, Undergraduate Chapter and Expansion Group is required to attend.
• Alumni Chapters should make certain that all Undergraduate Chapters and/or Expansion Groups under their advisorship will have been made aware of this meeting and its required attendance.
• Certain chapter officers are required to be at this event.
• Last Saturday in August but not Labor Day weekend (new policy)

**For ease of transport, they should be placed in a 3 - ring binder or report folder. Tabs should be used to separate each item. * Please follow the order listed above.

** Failure to submit these items will result in your chapter being placed on Noncompliance status and subject to sanctions imposed by the Province Polemarch.

*Province Chapter Dues Reconciliation will occur on or before the following Province Council meeting for chapters in the event members become financial after the CRWLC!

NOTE: Membership Coordinators are expected to be in attendance!

This additional requirement does not nullify the current IHQ or Northeastern Province deadlines for the aforementioned items. This requirement is to assist the Province Polemarch in his planning and administration of his duties in the Province.
