Click the form you need to begin your download.
If you use have your browser configured
to open known document types within the browser,
the document will load once it has been
completely downloaded. To save a copy of the
file on your computer or a disk/CD, right-click
on the link, select "Save
target as" and then save the file
to the location of your choice (i.e. desktop,
folder, etc.).
File Types
Microsoft
Word
 Microsoft® Word or compatible
program is required to open .doc or .dot
extensions. Files in rtf (Rich Text Format)
can be viewed with Word or in plain text
(Notepad).
Adobe
Acrobat PDFs
 Documents available
for download as PDFs require Adobe Acrobat® Reader.
You can download the latest Acrobat® Reader free from
Adobe's website.
